IT Service Management Specialist
A company is looking for a Sr Specialist IT Service Mgmt.
Key Responsibilities
Implement and manage ITSM processes for efficient IT service delivery
Conduct quality assurance checks and monitor service performance to ensure compliance with SLAs
Lead continuous improvement initiatives and collaborate with cross-functional teams to align IT services with business objectives
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field
Advanced certifications such as ITIL, TOGAF, or PMP are highly desirable
A minimum of 5-7 years of experience in IT service management or a related field
Proficiency in the ITIL framework and experience with ITSM tools
Solid technical knowledge of industry platforms and systems
