A company is looking for a Hotel Optimization Specialist to support enterprise customers' managed hotel programs. Key Responsibilities Monitor and manage existing hotel reservations and identify lower-rate accommodations Proactively suggest preferred hotel alternatives and execute rebookings while ensuring compliance with policies Generate monthly savings reports and analyze program performance for process improvements Required Qualifications 3+ years of experience in corporate travel management or hotel program administration Proficiency with travel booking tools and hotel rebooking platforms Mastery of at least one GDS, with Amadeus experience preferred Strong analytical skills with experience in data interpretation and reporting Solid understanding of corporate travel policies and supplier management
