HR Administrator
A company is looking for an HR Administrator who excels in a fast-paced, people-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with data protection regulations
Assist in recruitment processes, including scheduling interviews and facilitating onboarding
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support HR initiatives and enhance employee experience
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience
At least 1 year of experience in a similar HR role
Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office applications
Knowledge of HR best practices and compliance requirements
Certification in Human Resources (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) is a plus
