HR Advisor
A company is looking for an HR Advisor (Consultant).
Key Responsibilities
Manage HR workstream for integration efforts, supporting onboarding and employee communications
Assist in harmonizing HR policies and practices across merging entities and ensure compliance
Support compensation initiatives, including benchmarking and annual compensation processes
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
Bachelor's degree in human resources management or administration preferred
At least 8 years of HR experience in a corporate environment, with management experience preferred
Comprehensive understanding of state and federal employment laws
Strong project management, analytical, and process mapping skills
Ability to collaborate and influence peers and business partners at all levels
