Quality Assurance Coordinator
A company is looking for a Quality Assurance Coordinator to support the New York State Office for People with Developmental Disabilities (OPWDD). Key Responsibilities Audit calls to identify trends, ensure compliance, and support overall service quality Provide training for new hires and conduct refresher sessions on best practices Assist in the development and analysis of project reports and performance indicators Required Qualifications High school diploma or GED required with 0-2 years of relevant professional experience Previous experience working directly with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (I/DD) Experience in a management or quality assurance position in health or human services Experience working on CAS or CANS projects is preferred Medicaid experience is a plus
