Customer Support Advisor
A company is looking for a Customer Advisor, Residential Support.
Key Responsibilities
Respond to inbound calls from residential customers, providing assistance on billing, orders, and service usage
Process payments, issue billing corrections, and assist with plan updates
Troubleshoot common service and connectivity issues and guide customers through account access and self-service tools
Required Qualifications
Basic understanding of customer account management and internet service concepts
Ability to multitask in a real-time support environment
Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
Prior experience in telecommunications, ISP, or customer care roles is preferred
Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus
