A company is looking for an HR Analytics Data Analyst I to analyze extensive datasets and provide insights that influence business decisions. Key Responsibilities Interpret and analyze data from multiple sources to support business decisions Identify and perform root-cause analysis of data irregularities and present findings Support the design, testing, and implementation of process enhancements and automation opportunities Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience 0-2 years of experience with large databases and data management Working knowledge of SQL/query languages Experience in Workday report writing is highly preferred Human Resource experience is preferred
