A company is looking for an Analyst, HR Compliance.
Key Responsibilities
Manage compliance programs and oversee government reporting related to HR
Conduct audits, analyze compliance trends, and prepare reports for HR compliance
Support HR leadership by developing presentations and visual insights from people data
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
1-3 years of experience in HR compliance or HR analytics
Proven knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices
Experience with HR information systems and reporting tools
SHRM-CP or PHR certification preferred
