HR Experience Manager
A company is looking for an HR Experience Manager - US.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the in-house HR expert, managing complex people-related matters throughout the EOR employee lifecycle
Oversee onboarding, off-boarding, employee support, performance management, payroll, and benefits
Provide high-level support to EOR employees and assist in creating scalable systems for the product and operations team
Required Qualifications
5+ years of international HR professional experience in a high-volume and fast-paced environment
Local HR qualifications and certifications are a plus
Strong analytical skills to identify and resolve complex HR issues
Data-driven approach to improving response times and employee experience
Experience with ticketing tools like JIRA, Zendesk, or Intercom is a plus
