HR Manager
A company is looking for an HR Manager who will be responsible for managing contracts and supporting HR-related tasks in a remote environment. Key Responsibilities: Prepare labor contracts and manage employee onboarding processes Administer employee relations programs and support managers with labor law issues Generate HR reports and assist with payroll and recruitment efforts Required Qualifications: Minimum 2+ years experience in HR Fluent in English (both verbal and written) German language proficiency at CEFR B2+ level Experience working in Germany and startups Self-starter with strategic thinking abilities
