Key Responsibilities Administer performance evaluation processes and establish performance improvement plans Implement training and development programs while overseeing onboarding processes Serve as a point of contact for employee relations and ensure compliance with HR policies Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related field; Master's Degree preferred 7-10 years of relevant experience in HR Solid understanding of employment law and policy administration PHR/SPHR or SHRM certification preferred Proficiency in HRIS (Workday) and other relevant software tools
