Key Responsibilities
Lead daily Patient Access operations and manage operational metrics to meet departmental goals
Oversee staffing activities, including hiring, training, and mentoring supervisors
Enforce departmental policies and communicate effectively with staff and management
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
High School Diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
3-5 years of Health Care Supervisory experience preferred
Extensive knowledge of the relationship between various healthcare departments and financial clearance activities
Thorough knowledge of Health Care Information Systems
Clear understanding of Revenue Cycle Management and Regulatory Agencies
