Patient Access Manager
A company is looking for a Patient Access Manager.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee benefit verification, exploration, and prior authorization activities for patients
Manage patient assistance program activities to ensure appropriate access to care
Lead day-to-day operations of internal and external teams, ensuring productivity and quality standards
Required Qualifications
3+ years of management or team leader experience in patient onboarding/intake or revenue cycle management
Experience with infusion revenue cycle management is strongly preferred
Strong knowledge of revenue cycle best practices and health plan benefit design
Ability to analyze patient intake processes and communicate strategies effectively
Familiarity with EMR/EHR & RCM systems is a plus
