A company is looking for a Managed Services HR & Payroll Specialist to provide HR and payroll support to multi-state clients. Key Responsibilities Provide HR advising and guidance on policies, procedures, and best practices to multi-state clients Manage client payroll processing and ensure compliance with legal requirements and regulations Support client satisfaction and retention through effective account management and client engagement Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree or relevant HR experience 2-4 years of human resources experience 2+ years of payroll processing experience 2+ years of HRIS experience (UKG Workforce Ready preferred) Knowledge of state and federal employment and labor laws
