Key Responsibilities

Oversee HR program execution, measuring success and recommending improvements
Ensure compliance with HR policies and legal requirements while advising on industry trends
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
Minimum of 5 years of experience in human resources, with at least 2 years in a strategic advisory or leadership role
Strong knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and regulatory requirements
Experience with HR information systems and data analytics tools
