HRIS Specialist
A company is looking for an HRIS Specialist to manage and enhance their HRIS systems.
Key Responsibilities:
Configure and maintain the Workday system, focusing on Benefits and Compensation modules
Partner with HR and stakeholders to gather business requirements and ensure compliance
Design, test, and implement new features and provide ongoing support for HRIS users
Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in an HRIS analyst or specialist role, focusing on US benefits and payroll integrations
Extensive hands-on experience in Workday modules, including HCM and Advanced Compensation
Experience managing external providers during system implementation projects
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and HRIS reporting
Ability to work collaboratively with team members and management at all levels
