A company is looking for a Clinical Quality LPN, remote in Mountain or Pacific Time Zones. Key Responsibilities Conduct high volume outbound calls to assist members with health status evaluations and medication compliance Answer inbound calls and assist members with their inquiries while documenting accurate information Identify patients with missing measures and work to close those measures through education and appointment setting Required Qualifications Current, unrestricted LVN/LPN license 3+ years of clinical experience as an LVN or LPN 3+ years of experience in the health industry or a large complex organization Intermediate proficiency with MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint Intermediate proficiency with Point
