Human Resources Project Manager
A company is looking for a Human Resources Project Manager to manage HR-related projects and serve as a subject matter expert.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage execution of HR-specific projects, ensuring communication with stakeholders and resolution of issues
Advise leadership on HR-related business decisions and oversee the implementation of global initiatives
Conduct data audits, manage employee recognition programs, and develop communications regarding HR policies and programs
Required Qualifications
Post-secondary degree in business management, human resources, accounting, or equivalent experience
3-5 years of proven experience in HR project management
Strong understanding of HR processes including talent acquisition and compliance
Project management certification (e.g., PMP) preferred
Proficiency in MS Office and business efficiency tools; experience with Workday and Kronos desired
