Illinois Licensed Project Archaeologist
A company is looking for a Project Archaeologist.
Key Responsibilities
Manage all aspects of cultural resource projects, including budgeting, scheduling, research, fieldwork, and report writing
Work with clients and agency representatives to ensure successful project implementation
Oversee and conduct fieldwork and deliverables, ensuring compliance with quality assurance/quality control standards
Required Qualifications
Master's degree in Archaeology, Anthropology, or a closely related field
At least seven years of experience in cultural resource management (CRM)
Proven experience managing CRM tasks, including budgets and scheduling
Familiarity with Section 106 and Historic Preservation regulatory requirements in the Midwest
Valid driver's license and ability to meet driving requirements
