A company is looking for a Senior Specialist II, Imaging Operations. Key Responsibilities: Perform inbounding and pre prep functions, job setup, and scheduling Oversee and provide direction to less senior staff while managing customer requests and quality checks Troubleshoot imaging issues and ensure adherence to service level agreements and standard operating procedures Required Qualifications: Familiarity with imaging technology and processes Experience in managing project workflow and scheduling personnel Minimum business expertise required for job assignments Ability to maintain and work with Excel and/or Sheets Experience with customer interaction and effective communication
