A company is looking for an Insurance Follow Up Representative, remote in PST or MST. Key Responsibilities Contact insurance carriers and patients to obtain payment on outstanding claims Investigate and resolve denied claims, identifying trends and payer behavior Prepare documentation for appeals and ensure proper setup of accounts in the system Required Qualifications High School Diploma / GED or equivalent experience 1+ years of experience in insurance follow-up 1+ years of working knowledge of EOB, COB, Remits, and CMS 1500 1+ years of experience in appeal writing and processing Knowledge of CPT & Diagnosis Coding, Medical Terminology, and basic Anatomy
