Compact State Licensed Telemedicine Nurse Practitioner

A company is looking for a Part Time Telemedicine Nurse Practitioner with a Compact State License for Day Shift. Key Responsibilities Manage clinical care for patients at assigned skilled nursing facilities (SNFs) Provide high-quality, patient-centered primary care services and timely documentation of all patient encounters Communicate with facility nursing staff via phone and secure messaging during shifts Required Qualifications Must maintain a minimum of 5 multi-state licenses Experience with electronic health record (EHR) systems, preferably ChartEasy, PointClickCare, MatrixCare, or American HealthTech Availability for remote scheduled shifts and reliable Wi-Fi is required Must be able to address acute/emergent issues during shifts Relevant nursing practitioner certification and training
