Key Responsibilities Supervise daily operations and staff for financial clearance and complex authorization activities Participate in meetings to improve referral and authorization management processes Collaborate with leaders and clinical teams to maintain effective referral and authorization processes Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree required Five (5) years of experience in Access Services, Referral Management, or related fields Three (3) years of supervisory or training experience Consideration may be given to internal candidates not meeting the minimum qualifications
