Key Responsibilities
Develop and manage integrated digital campaigns to drive high-quality leads and pipeline growth
Oversee website performance initiatives including conversion rate optimization and SEO strategy
Monitor and report on digital metrics to improve campaign effectiveness and support cross-functional collaboration
Required Qualifications
4-6 years of experience in digital marketing, demand generation, or performance marketing roles
Proven expertise managing and optimizing paid campaigns on Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads
Strong understanding of website analytics and conversion rate optimization
Experience with modern marketing tech stack (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce)
B2B enterprise SaaS or healthcare experience is a plus
