A company is looking for an IRB Program Manager who will supervise clinical research trials and ensure compliance with IRB policies and regulations. Key Responsibilities Coordinates review and approvals of research proposals to ensure compliance with all requirements Interacts with governmental agencies regarding research regulations and participates in audits Plans and implements regulatory guideline training programs for staff and IRB members Required Qualifications Bachelor's Degree preferred Experience as an IRB Reviewer Knowledge of FDA/OHRP requirements and regulations Experience in developing and implementing policies and procedures Ability to provide oversight and mentorship to staff
