IT Administrator
A company is looking for an IT Administrator to provide advanced technical support and ensure the seamless operation of its IT infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities
Provide advanced technical expertise as the escalation point for helpdesk requests, resolving complex issues efficiently
Manage employee onboarding and off-boarding, including device procurement, provisioning, and secure data erasure
Oversee the configuration, security, and compliance of employee computing devices globally using MDM solutions
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 3 years' experience in user support or service desk operations
Experience managing MDM solutions at scale, particularly Jamf and Intune
Strong general networking knowledge including DHCP, DNS, and TCP/IP
Proven ability to quickly learn and master new technical skills or technologies
Experience with EDR and MDR solutions is a bonus
