Key Responsibilities Lead and mentor a team of Solutions Architect Managers to drive customer success and revenue growth Partner with Sales, Customer Success, and Product teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet customer needs Maintain a deep understanding of the product suite and establish a robust enablement program for team development Required Qualifications 9+ years of industry experience in a pre-sales capacity with 5+ years in second line management Experience in data warehousing, analytics, business intelligence, data engineering, or data science Proven track record of driving revenue growth and achieving sales targets Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent experience Experience managing customer relationships in both pre- and post-sales capacities is a plus
