IT Service Desk Associate
A company is looking for a Full-time IT Service Desk Associate for the 3rd shift.
Key Responsibilities
Provide first level technical support to end users for technology-related issues
Resolve issues using standard practices and escalate when necessary
Maintain documentation and manage changes related to user training and system content
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
1+ years of technical troubleshooting experience in a call center or service desk environment
Experience with Microsoft Operating Systems and Office 365
Knowledge of Dell, HP, or Lenovo hardware
High school diploma and/or GED is required; industry-specific certifications preferred
Experience with Active Directory and ITIL training is a plus
