FMLA Administration Consultant
A company is looking for a Dedicated Consultant specializing in FMLA/Leave of Absence Administration.
Key Responsibilities
Administer all aspects of leave of absence and accommodation processes for assigned clients
Complete administrative tasks related to leave management and maintain accurate records
Communicate with employees regarding their leave eligibility and assist with required documentation
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree, preferably in Human Resources
5 years of Human Resources experience, with at least 2 years in leave of absence and ADA administration
Strong organizational and prioritizing skills
Ability to manage groups using independent judgment and expertise
Experience in providing superior customer service
