IT Service Desk Representative
A company is looking for a Service Desk Representative to provide technical support and customer service for various devices and software.
Key Responsibilities
Provide technical support for a wide range of devices and software, including desktops, laptops, and medical devices
Safeguard organizational security by following established procedures and protocols
Conduct troubleshooting, research, and escalation of technical issues while supporting Service Desk Associates and new hires
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
High School Diploma or equivalent required; some college or vocational training preferred
Associate's degree or higher in Information Technology or related field preferred
Two or more years of experience in Service Desk, Help Desk, or IT Support roles
At least one year of customer service experience required
Certification in IT Service Management (ITSM/ITIL/HDI, etc.) is required
