We're seeking a Creative Content Creator & Manager to support our Sales & Marketing Team in managing workflows, creating eye-catching visual and creative assets that convert and bring growth. This is a rare opportunity to not only learn but also take hands-on responsibility for the creative brand vision.Key ResponsibilitiesCreative Direction, Brand Development & Growth:Lead and shape the creative vision of the brand, ensuring a cohesive identity across all platforms.Identify new content opportunities across brand materials, including digital, social media, packaging, and product marketing.Coming up with new ideas and staying up to date with the latest changes in marketing and technology to keep the company ahead of the competition.Take ownership of branding decisions and long-term content strategy.Content Creation & Asset Development:Develop engaging, platform-specific content for social media (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts) and product listings (Amazon, Shopify).Produce high-quality visuals, videos, and infographics for marketing campaigns and A+ listings.Manage third parties involved in content production to ensure timely and quality deliverables for Ecommerce market place listings.Campaigns & Planning:Plan content calendars, manage campaigns, write creative project briefs, and use data insights to optimize engagement.Work closely with marketing and sales teams to align content with company goals.Support product launches with cohesive brand messaging and content rollout.Tools & Workflow Management:Utilise design tools tools such as Adobe Suite, Canva and CapCut etc. to organise and create content efficiently.Preferred Skills & Qualifications-Proven experience in branding and product content creation for eCommerce, particularly for Amazon or product-focused brands.-Strong understanding of social media algorithms (TikTok, Instagram) and listing requirements.-Proficiency in photography, videography, and editing.-Strong ability to identify branding opportunities and lead creative direction.-Strategic mindset with a long-term vision of brand growth and ownership.-Experience in managing product storytelling across multiple channels.-Flexible, highly creative, and eager to learn.-Complete fluency in English, both written and spoken.How to ApplyFollow the link and fill out our application form: https://geni.us/JobApplicationWe're an international team spread across North America, Europe, and Asia, and we occasionally get together in one of these continents!
