Client Success Operations Director
A company is looking for a Director of Client Success Operations.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain scalable processes and workflows for the Clinical Success team
Define and track key Clinical Success metrics and create insightful dashboards and reports
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and consistency across the customer lifecycle
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field; clinical background is a plus
5 years of experience in operations, preferably within a SaaS or technology company
Proven experience managing and optimizing CRM and Customer Success platforms
Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
Excellent project management and organizational skills
