IT Service Management Process Owner
A company is looking for an IT Service Management Process Owner responsible for implementing and improving IT processes in the IT environment.
Key Responsibilities
Accountable for the design, execution, and improvement of IT processes, including defining Critical Success Factors (CSFs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Monitor process execution, manage outsourced Process Managers, and communicate with stakeholders to identify new requirements
Identify and implement process improvements, ensuring integration between processes and collaborating with the ITSM tool owner
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in technology or related field, with at least 3 years of experience in Service Management
ITIL V3 or V4 Foundation Certification required
Experience using ServiceNow ITSM Pro suite and expertise in managed services environments
Knowledge of IT functional areas and experience in developing service level objectives and indicators
Experience maintaining process artifacts and working with offshore teams
