Junior Community Specialist
A company is looking for a Junior Community Specialist to support the growth and engagement of its online community.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in developing and implementing community engagement initiatives to increase user participation and brand loyalty
Generate reports to analyze community engagement and brand responsiveness metrics
Build, grow, and manage the online community by engaging with users and responding to inquiries
Required Qualifications
University degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field
Around 2 years of experience in a similar role; experience in the online trading industry is a plus
Exposure to social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and others
Good analytical skills and a creative thinker with a passion for community building
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
