Junior Complaints Analyst
A company is looking for a Complaints Analyst Junior, National Remote. Key Responsibilities: Assist in managing the centralized complaint management process to ensure timely resolution of complaints Conduct research and investigations on complaints, including root cause analysis Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify complaint trends and recommend process improvements Required Qualifications: High School Diploma/GED Must be 18 years of age or older 3+ years of experience in the financial services industry Experience with complaint and escalation processes in financial services Experience with ServiceNow or other Customer Relationship Management platforms
