Junior Systems Engineer

A company is looking for a Junior Systems Engineer to support ransomware restoration events. Key Responsibilities Provide technical support on engagement workstreams during client engagements, ensuring adherence to restoration processes Attend client-facing collaboration rooms and monitor communications for sensitive client interactions Document daily updates on client engagement status and assist in developing technical procedures Qualifications, Requirements & Preferred Skills Basic understanding of firewalls, routing and switching, backup solutions, and Hyper-V management Competent in Active Directory management and configuration, including domain controller replacement Experience with VMware, including building hosts and vCenter servers Familiarity with XDR/EDR deployment and basic troubleshooting Ability to perform forensic collections and advanced troubleshooting on various endpoints
