A company is looking for a Compliance Nurse for the Home Solutions/OneHome UM Team. Key Responsibilities Review utilization management activities and documentation for compliance with policies and regulations Conduct and summarize compliance audits and analyze operational metrics Ensure mandatory reporting is completed and make independent decisions regarding work methods Required Qualifications Active RN license in a compact state with no disciplinary action Less than 5 years of technical experience with a minimum of 3 years in progressive clinical roles Experience in utilization management, case management, or home health settings Proficient in Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel, and Outlook Ability to be licensed in multiple states without restrictions
