A company is looking for a Key Account Support Specialist to act as a liaison between Sales, Support, and Key Account Clients, addressing issues to enhance client satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Manage ticketing system by responding to client inquiries and ensuring timely communication Schedule and reschedule photoshoot requests while monitoring SLA compliance Assist in data reporting and tracking to identify trends and maintain SOPs for key accounts Required Qualifications Minimum 1 year of customer service experience preferred Experience in account management is preferred Proficiency in task management tools like Asana and email management with Freshdesk Ability to draft clear Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) Knowledge of real estate or digital photography is a plus
