Key Responsibilities: Manage, coach, develop, and motivate a team of Affiliate Solutions Consultants Assist franchisees with the setup, integration, and engagement of Brand programs and products Provide technical support to troubleshoot issues with franchise systems and programs Required Qualifications: Minimum of 3+ years' experience in support/customer service, preferably in real estate/franchising Prior people management experience strongly preferred Strong technical skills and demonstrated problem-solving ability Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment Strong time management, planning, and organizational skills
