Key Responsibilities: Lead and execute assigned RWE projects with full ownership Provide programming support for the analysis of real-world data from various sources Mentor less-experienced RWE analysts and communicate project status to team members Required Qualifications: Bachelor's or Master's degree in relevant fields such as Computers, Engineering, or Life Sciences 5-7 years of RWE analysis experience in the CRO or pharmaceutical industry Experience with EHR/Claims databases and proficiency in SAS and SQL programming Ability to communicate detailed RWE study results in a clear, non-technical manner Relevant and equivalent experience may be considered in lieu of educational requirements
