Key Responsibilities Lead the completion of electrical engineering project deliverables, ensuring technical and quality standards are met Develop project scope, cost estimates, and schedules for electrical modifications at nuclear power plants Provide technical oversight for engineering design change packages and coordinate with clients and team members Required Qualifications BSEE degree from an ABET-accredited engineering program At least twelve years of experience in electrical engineering design for nuclear power plants A minimum of three years leading an engineering design group through all project phases Experience in selecting equipment and preparing engineering design change packages PE Licensure is preferred
