A company is looking for a Lead Patient Support.
Key Responsibilities
Ensure exceptional patient experience by utilizing CARES, AIDET, and EPE tools
Act as first responder to patient concerns and complaints, providing immediate resolutions
Oversee and maintain cleanliness and comfort in lobby waiting areas
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
Two to three years of healthcare experience in an ambulatory or hospital setting
Familiarity with ICD10, CPT, and medical terminology
Experience in customer service applications
EMR/EHR experience preferred
