Lead Qualification Coach

Key Responsibilities
Manage outbound and inbound calls, averaging 200+ calls per day across multiple client institutions
Engage with prospective students to build excitement and qualify them for specific programs
Ensure compliance and accurate communication of program information during calls
Required Qualifications
Previous experience in a high-volume contact center
Able to thrive in a busy and changing environment
Quick learner of detailed processes and systems
Enjoys interacting with diverse individuals over the phone
Comfortable working in a heavily scripted environment
