A company is looking for a Lead UI Designer who will focus on designing user journeys and leading the design process across various product segments. Key Responsibilities Lead the digital experience design strategy to ensure an exceptional customer journey across all design phases Mentor and guide a team of designers throughout the design process, from research to experimentation Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance user experience and achieve product goals Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in UX Design, Graphic Design, HCI, or related field, or equivalent experience Minimum 7-10 years of professional design experience, including at least 3 years in a leadership role Extensive experience in leading the design process from research to prototyping Proven experience in design thinking and facilitation Familiarity with design tools such as Figma, Sketch, and InVision
