Washington Licensed Care Manager
A company is looking for a Care Manager for their Suicide Prevention Program.
Key Responsibilities
Engage with members through outreach and continuous support, providing regular check-ins
Coordinate community resources to meet medical, behavioral, and social service needs
Assess risk and perform crisis interventions, ensuring safety through tailored safety plans
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
Bachelor's degree in psychology, social work, or a related behavioral health discipline
Preferred: Master's degree in a related field
At least 2 years of experience in a related role, preferably with at-risk adolescents and young adults
Crisis intervention training or similar certification is required
Knowledge of local resources and issues related to mental health and substance abuse
