Key Responsibilities
Enhance Workday business processes in HR, Recruiting, Payroll, and Operations
Write critical reporting using Workday tools for internal and external clients
Maintain data integrity in the Workday system through audits and clean-up efforts
Required Qualifications
Workday HCM experience with a focus on HCM, Compensation, Recruiting, Performance Management, and Payroll
Strong knowledge of Workday functional HR concepts, including organizational hierarchy and business process design
Experience in developing and documenting comprehensive business process definitions
Understanding of HR Operations and HR Data in a global context
Proficient to expert level Excel skills
