A company is looking for a Leadership Development, Senior Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
Design and create leadership development content
Present and facilitate training and development sessions
Manage multiple projects and collaborate with stakeholders across functions
Required Qualifications
2 years of experience in Human Resources, leadership development, or adult learning
1 year of experience in training, including needs assessment and curriculum development
1 year of storytelling experience using PowerPoint
1 year of experience with content management systems
Experience working in a large corporate environment is preferred
