Learning and Development Coordinator
A company is looking for a Learning and Development Coordinator to support professional development initiatives across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate logistics and delivery of learning programs, including onboarding and technical skills development
Manage content, enrollments, and reporting in the learning management system (LMS)
Partner with stakeholders to address department-specific training needs and evaluate training effectiveness
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Communications, Business, or related field preferred
2+ years of experience in a learning and development or HR coordination role
Familiarity with learning management systems (e.g., Workday Learning, Cornerstone, or similar)
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and collaboration tools such as Teams or SharePoint
Must have authorization to work permanently in the U.S
