Learning Architect

A company is looking for a Learning Architect to support the strategy and design of learning offerings in data and AI. Key Responsibilities Engage with stakeholders to establish training requirements and define learning objectives Launch new offerings in collaboration with curriculum developers and other learning architects Use data to develop insights about content health, quality, and consumption for planning and prioritization Required Qualifications Strong knowledge of data & AI platforms, particularly Databricks and cloud data warehouses Experience with curriculum design, development, and training delivery Experience designing role-based learning pathways or technical enablement programs Familiarity with SAP products such as ERP, S/4HANA, or Datasphere Ability to read and understand Python and SQL code
