A company is looking for a Learning Development Program Manager, Instructional Designer. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement training programs to improve Network Operations Center (NOC) processes Create and manage blended learning project plans while collaborating with various teams Analyze training programs and performance trends to ensure alignment with business objectives Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree or 5 years of relevant experience in Learning & Development or project management 5 years of experience with ITIL best practices for service management 5 years of experience in developing operational procedures in a NOC environment Experience with L&D systems and tools such as Articulate 360 and learning management systems Project management experience with the ability to manage multiple priorities
