Learning Specialist II
A company is looking for a Learning Specialist II in Trust & Safety. Key Responsibilities Develop, facilitate, and deliver training for Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) vendors and Trust and Safety employees Manage the end-to-end creation and delivery of innovative training across various modalities Assess training impact and knowledge retention while leading onboarding for new Trust and Safety employees Required Qualifications 5+ years of experience in developing and delivering adult learning programming and training 2+ years of experience in Trust and Safety training management preferred Experience managing the full content development lifecycle using instructional design assessment strategies Knowledge of instructional design tools and ability to create engaging learning experiences Experience in managing Learning Management Systems (LMS) and Knowledge Base (KB) tools
